YO

Not much happened this week. We have just been working hard and trying to find some new people. I had a crazy experience. I woke up one day and was having a allergic reaction to something so my face swelled up and i had a crazy rash. So i went to the hospital which looked like a zombie apocalypse.  I sat there in a little wooden room and this indian docter came in that hardly could speak english and was like "vhat es wrong wit you?" hahh then he gave me some pills and the swelling went down which was nice! lol 3rd world probs. :)

have a great week!

Good Bye Barbados

So this week was crazy!! I talked with president about transfers and I am so excited!! I am getting released as an AP. and I am going to View Fort St. Lucia. It is like the country side of St. Lucia! it is going to be so freaking awesome!! Also I will be the District Leader over there and I am being called to be the 1st counselor in the branch presidency! So that will be a  fun experience. Plus my comp is super cool. He is a new missionary so that will be fun! I am so pumped! Couldn't ask for a better way to end my last 3 months. 87 days left and I am going to kill it!

Well after looking back at these last 6 months of being an assistant and serving here in Barbados I thought of a few things that I will always remember.

Going to Dawns and being able to see her. I will definitely miss her. Also seeing Ephraim and the fam. As I have served here I have taught countless leadership councils, baptized a few kids, reactivated 2 families, and helped a family get married! Also had countless prayers and long nights at the airport, was able to fly to Grenada and Vincy. Played some ball with the national team of Bados, made hundreds of new friends, ate thousands of peanut butter sandwiches, got a new nick name (ras dixon), read a few books, had nuff exchanges, and lots of spiritual experiences.

But looking back at these last six months the thing that I treasure the most is the testimony I have gained of the saviors love for his children. And for the power that comes through the Atonement of Jesus Christ. I feel right now that I am so blessed to have been able to serve here again in Barbados. I feel so blessed to be on the Lords errand. And to witness the immense love that he has for all of us!

Love yall

Love elder Dixon.
